Beautiful Sunsets & Amazing Dinner Our tour guide Theo was amazing! He took us to the best spots for pictures and took good pictures for the family. He also recommended us amazing food & coffee to help keep us refreshed! He made the tour even more enjoyable and relaxing!

Lovely day with Theo We had the best day with Theo - he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his beautiful country. He told us about the city and its history, and also told us about some of the Greeks myths. The lake was wonderfully relaxing in the temple to Poseidon was beautiful. We had a great day when I managed to leave my sunglasses in his car very kindly drop them back over at our hotel. I highly recommend spending the day with Theo.

Overall fantastic experience and superb guide Theo was excellent - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience was superb, the lake was wonderful and the temple was spectacular. In addition, my wife accidently left a small item in his car at the trip, and only realised an hour or so later. He insisted on driving back to deliver it back to her. I highly recommend.

Made Poseidon Possible Giorgos made the end of a very long travel day relaxing and comfortable while we checked off Temple of Poseidon off the bucket list. Accommodated separate pick up and drop off points, very informative and excellent restaurant recommendation. Truly charming.

The drive to a different place outside of Athens Our tour guide Harry was very knowledgeable and very interesting to listen to. Also pretty nice guy. We went to the location and he explained a lot of the things along the way, sites , history of Greece etc. We went to a restaurant that was overlooking the Temple of Poseidon and the food was great. Then we drove to the location and saw the temple of poseidon. As the sun was going down. The trip back to the hotel was enjoyable. Harry offered to stop at an ice cream place but we were too full. It was a great trip to take. To see some different locations away from the center of athens.

Great experience Theo was an amazing driver and made the whole trip enjoyable. He was very friendly, and we even had a little karaoke session together in the car, which made the journey a lot of fun! On the way to the Temple of Poseidon, he also stopped at several beautiful roadside viewpoints so we could get out and take photos. His kindness, great attitude, and willingness to make the trip special were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Theo to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Amazing customized private tour This was our first tour while in Athens and it was a perfect way to start our vacation. Theo was extremely knowledgeable and told us all the things we needed to make sure we see, pointing them out on our way out of the city to help us get our bearings. He selected a restaurant for us that was perfect, with a great view and wonderful hospitality. The views at the Temple are spectacular and Theo timed everything perfectly so we felt like royalty from start to finish. And pick up/drop off right at our hotel was the icing on the cake. The scenery on the drive is also spectacular. Theo went above and beyond to show us beautiful sights, he took great photos for us, and told us so much about what we were seeing along the way. It was a very relaxing and special tour.

Amazing trip to Peloponnese Highly Recommended! 🤩 Peloponnese was really a nice area as expected. 😊 Harry made the tour even better as we felt very much comfortable and at ease in his company. He is kind, easy to talk to, good sense of humour, knowledgeable, and knows his way around. He has given us a lot of good information about Greek culture, the different places we visited/passed by. We had enough time to experience the different sights for ourselves. Very pleased to have done the tour with him. Thanks ☺️

Traveled to the Temple of Poseidon on our last day! Jason picked us up on time at Piraeus port, spoke perfect English and was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the area. We drove through many beautiful shore villages on the way to the temple of Poseidon, stopping on the way for photos. The temple was amazing and Jason didn’t rush us allowing us to follow the audio guide. He then dropped us off at the Athens airport for our flight home! All worked out perfectly!

Lovely Lake Tour We were picked up on time by Theo, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time at the lake, that was the highlight. We had a fantastic lunch right on the water. I would recommend this tour.

Meteora and trip with private driver was great! The driver and car were great. It was a nice relaxed trip- much better than being on a bus! Suggestion for lunch was great. Meteora was beautiful and glad we visited!

Enjoyable but not planned well The guide was really helpful and friendly and did his best to ensure we had a great experience. He worked on our behalf with the local restaurant, and staff at each stop to ensure we were taken care of. But overall it seemed he was making up for a lack of planning by the company. There was no reservation at the restaurant and there was a private party so we had to go to a backup restaurant which was clearly not happy that we were ushered in ahead of other people waiting there. We were served out of obligation and did not feel at all welcomed. The temple and sunset were amazing though.

Great day out from Athens A great day out. Couldn’t go to the lake as it was closed for a private function. Went to the nearby beach instead and that was probably better for the kids. Our driver was very courteous and helpful, with flexibility on timings, we spent longer at the beach. And the Temple and its surroundings are definitely worth the trip.

A must trip in Athens After a day visiting the Acropolis we enjoyed the second day of our trip Theo. He was patient, funny, knowledgeable and he stopped at all the right places for a photo opportunity. Even the boys didn’t mind having their photo taken.

Great day by the water! Great time and even though the Lake was unexpectedly closed we went to Grand Beach instead and for 20 Euro you get 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella by the sea. It was nice and the service was very good. Our driver Giorgos was very knowledgeable and helped tailor our experience.

Meteora Great trip! Meteora was fantastic to see and Mr George was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and provided an enjoyable means of getting there and experiencing it. Pickup instructions were sent early and were clear and Mr George was there early w breakfast snacks and water. Highly recommend!

Sunset visit to Cape Sounio We had a wonderful experience! There was a small mix-up at the beginning regarding the number of passengers, and the initial car was too small, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Soon we were on our way, enjoying a beautiful drive along the Athens Riviera. Watching the sunset at the historic Temple of Poseidon was truly unforgettable. On the return trip, we made a stop in Lavrio for some delicious gelato, which was the perfect ending to the evening. The cars were clean and comfortable, and our drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Efharisto para poli, Jason and Giorgos, for making our trip so enjoyable!

Theo is the Best! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment Theo arrived 15 minutes early with a warm smile, I knew we were in great hands. Within minutes, it felt less like we had hired a driver and more like we were catching up with a lifelong friend. We shared meaningful conversations, exchanged life stories, laughed nonstop, and I walked away feeling like I had known him for 20 years. His knowledge of Athens is second to none. He didn’t just drive us from point A to point B—he immersed us in the city, shared fascinating history, pointed out hidden gems, and even gave us extra time and stops that were never expected. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine passion for what he does made our experience unforgettable. Theo is a seasoned professional who knows Athens inside and out, including all the luxury spots and local favorites. But what truly sets him apart is his heart. This was Greek hospitality at its absolute finest. 100/10. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you’re visiting Athens, do yourself a favor and book him. Beautiful Sounio Experience We had a wonderful experience with Crispy Locals! A nice, comfortable car with an excellent local driver/tour guide (Harry) met us right on time — explained much about Greek history and culture as well as the landscape on our scenic drive down to Cape Sounio with a couple stops on the way. We enjoyed a scenic diner and loved the highlight which was the Temple at sunset. There was a concert happening there but Harry expertly met us in a strategic parking lot to avoid the traffic — gave us enough extra time to enjoy a gelato on the way home! Overall excellent tour and side trip from Athens!!

Beyond special and incredible Our driver Theo was prompt on our pickup. The car was super luxurious. Theo our guide was so friendly and so informative. He was very courteous took extra care of us made several pitstops to show us extra beautiful spots. The experience was beyond expectations. I went on this same tour last year with a small group which was a good experienced but Theo and this tour were beyond exceptional. I am coming back to Greece in August with my son and will look to book several excursions with this tour company Crispy Local and ask for Theo cause he is one of the best tour guides I have ever experienced in my travels to over 60 countries.

Beautiful sunset Had an absolutely AMAZING time on our evening down to the Temple of Poseidon with our guide, Theo. He was funny and engaging, and gave us excellent recommendations on other places to see. The Temple at sunset is a must - and our dinner afterwards was amazing! The best tzatziki in the world! You will love this trip.

An Experience I Will Never Forget An Experience I Will Never Forget If you are visiting Athens, please book a tour with Theo. This was honestly one of the most beautiful and meaningful travel experiences I have ever had. Theo is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, warm, and passionate about Greece. He brought every place to life through history, culture, mythology, and personal stories. The views were breathtaking, the sites were unforgettable, and the entire day felt so carefully planned. What made it so special was that it did not feel like a typical tour. It felt scenic, historic, personal, and even therapeutic. There were moments where I was so overwhelmed by the beauty, the history, and the energy of the experience that I literally cried. Theo gave us more than a tour. He gave us a memory we will carry forever. I am so grateful for his kindness, patience, and the way he shared the soul of Greece with us. I cannot recommend him enough. Five stars is not enough for this experience.

Not as promised so read the fine print!! Be careful and save yourself some money. We booked this tour through trip advisor it was supposed to be a full day tour including a visit to the lake and a visit to poseidon temple We were picked up on time by the driver who took us to the lake we arrived at 10am and we were not told how long we could stay there so we stayed until 3pm and when we were picked up at the lake the driver started to drive back to the hotel and we asked why, he told us we spent too much time at the lake and there was no more time for the temple of poseidon so we were dropped back at Plaka. We asked for a partial refund since we did NOT go to poseidon and they denied the refund. Honestly just get an uber and go to the lake you would save a lot of money. We will dispute the charge with the credit card anyways.

A Fun Trip Exploring the Countryside with Dimitri! Excellent experience! We had fun exploring the coastline! From Pedicures by the tropical fish at the lake, excellent tour of the temple of Poseidon and fabulous lunch! To top it off, our guide, Dimitri, was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable, kind, a great driver, patient, fun and had a very nice smile! We wished that he could have been our guide for all of our 4 tours. He was the best!
