Sunset visit to Cape Sounio We had a wonderful experience! There was a small mix-up at the beginning regarding the number of passengers, and the initial car was too small, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Soon we were on our way, enjoying a beautiful drive along the Athens Riviera. Watching the sunset at the historic Temple of Poseidon was truly unforgettable. On the return trip, we made a stop in Lavrio for some delicious gelato, which was the perfect ending to the evening. The cars were clean and comfortable, and our drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Efharisto para poli, Jason and Giorgos, for making our trip so enjoyable!

Meteora Great trip! Meteora was fantastic to see and Mr George was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and provided an enjoyable means of getting there and experiencing it. Pickup instructions were sent early and were clear and Mr George was there early w breakfast snacks and water. Highly recommend!

Super enjoyed and appreciated It was great experience ! The ride with Dimitris was amazing ! He gave us a ride and explaining landmarks and their history along the way. He was also very hospitable with the treats he Provided also the yummy gelato treat on our way back to hotel. Theo is the Best! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment Theo arrived 15 minutes early with a warm smile, I knew we were in great hands. Within minutes, it felt less like we had hired a driver and more like we were catching up with a lifelong friend. We shared meaningful conversations, exchanged life stories, laughed nonstop, and I walked away feeling like I had known him for 20 years. His knowledge of Athens is second to none. He didn’t just drive us from point A to point B—he immersed us in the city, shared fascinating history, pointed out hidden gems, and even gave us extra time and stops that were never expected. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine passion for what he does made our experience unforgettable. Theo is a seasoned professional who knows Athens inside and out, including all the luxury spots and local favorites. But what truly sets him apart is his heart. This was Greek hospitality at its absolute finest. 100/10. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you’re visiting Athens, do yourself a favor and book him. It will be one of the best decisions you make on your trip.

Beautiful Sounio Experience We had a wonderful experience with Crispy Locals! A nice, comfortable car with an excellent local driver/tour guide (Harry) met us right on time — explained much about Greek history and culture as well as the landscape on our scenic drive down to Cape Sounio with a couple stops on the way. We enjoyed a scenic diner and loved the highlight which was the Temple at sunset. There was a concert happening there but Harry expertly met us in a strategic parking lot to avoid the traffic — gave us enough extra time to enjoy a gelato on the way home! Overall excellent tour and side trip from Athens!!

Beyond special and incredible Our driver Theo was prompt on our pickup. The car was super luxurious. Theo our guide was so friendly and so informative. He was very courteous took extra care of us made several pitstops to show us extra beautiful spots. The experience was beyond expectations. I went on this same tour last year with a small group which was a good experienced but Theo and this tour were beyond exceptional. I am coming back to Greece in August with my son and will look to book several excursions with this tour company Crispy Local and ask for Theo cause he is one of the best tour guides I have ever experienced in my travels to over 60 countries.

An Experience I Will Never Forget An Experience I Will Never Forget If you are visiting Athens, please book a tour with Theo. This was honestly one of the most beautiful and meaningful travel experiences I have ever had. Theo is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, warm, and passionate about Greece. He brought every place to life through history, culture, mythology, and personal stories. The views were breathtaking, the sites were unforgettable, and the entire day felt so carefully planned. What made it so special was that it did not feel like a typical tour. It felt scenic, historic, personal, and even therapeutic. There were moments where I was so overwhelmed by the beauty, the history, and the energy of the experience that I literally cried. Theo gave us more than a tour. He gave us a memory we will carry forever. I am so grateful for his kindness, patience, and the way he shared the soul of Greece with us. I cannot recommend him enough. Five stars is not enough for this experience.

Beautiful sunset Had an absolutely AMAZING time on our evening down to the Temple of Poseidon with our guide, Theo. He was funny and engaging, and gave us excellent recommendations on other places to see. The Temple at sunset is a must - and our dinner afterwards was amazing! The best tzatziki in the world! You will love this trip.

Not as promised so read the fine print!! Be careful and save yourself some money. We booked this tour through trip advisor it was supposed to be a full day tour including a visit to the lake and a visit to poseidon temple We were picked up on time by the driver who took us to the lake we arrived at 10am and we were not told how long we could stay there so we stayed until 3pm and when we were picked up at the lake the driver started to drive back to the hotel and we asked why, he told us we spent too much time at the lake and there was no more time for the temple of poseidon so we were dropped back at Plaka. We asked for a partial refund since we did NOT go to poseidon and they denied the refund. Honestly just get an uber and go to the lake you would save a lot of money. We will dispute the charge with the credit card anyways.

A Fun Trip Exploring the Countryside with Dimitri! Excellent experience! We had fun exploring the coastline! From Pedicures by the tropical fish at the lake, excellent tour of the temple of Poseidon and fabulous lunch! To top it off, our guide, Dimitri, was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable, kind, a great driver, patient, fun and had a very nice smile! We wished that he could have been our guide for all of our 4 tours. He was the best!

So good we asked for him by name! Completed our second command performance with Theo after arriving back to Athens from Turkey for a last minute additional day of history. Ancient Corinth museum is a must see and look for the WW2 battle of Corinth canal memorial if you can find it!

Spectacular Sunset over Poseidon’s Temple A fantastic experience driving along the Athenian Riviera enroute to Sounion to see Poseidon’s Temple at sunset! The views are amazing! Jason picked us up promptly from our hotel in a luxury Mercedes Benz suv, and chose the most perfect place for dinner on the Riviera with views of the temple. Jason was fantastic and quite knowledgeable about Greece! We’d definitely make this tour a “must do” on your trip to Athens!

A lovely jaunt to the Temple Our driver Theo did a lovely job ensuring a smooth and relaxing journey out to the Temple of Poseidon with some lovely little stops along the way. There was excellent communication before and during the event, and Theo gave us plenty of recommendations for our visit (wish we’d met him earlier in our trip!). I would’ve liked a touch more time at the temple itself, but it is also a very small site, so it wasn’t too big of an issue would definitely recommend!

Thanks Theo - see you again next summer! Magical day in the Corinth Acropolis (you shd explore the museum first before wandering about the ruins) the castle fort (sneakers with friction soles or trekking shoes are a must) and the awesome Corinth canal. Lunch spot was an ideal end to a memorable trip. We would strongly recommend our guide Theo T. He’s a long time Athens resident, great sense of humour and very experienced with local life - esp the local traffic.

Acropolis Tour with Anda We booked a mystery vacation through Journee and they connected us with Anda for a personal tour of the acropolis. Anda was timely, informative, warm, and helpful! Her tour was comprehensive and she offered to send us recommendations if we needed assistance. So glad we could connect with her and learn more about her culture through her perspective. Great guide and genuinely knows the history Irena is a living encyclopedia about the Acropolis and Greece. This was my second time touring it but I learned more with her. She also genuinely seems proud of the history and excited to share the stories. Highly recommend.

Private day trip out of Athens Lovely day trip out of the bustling city. Lake Vougliameni was refreshing and very pretty. Stopped for lunch on the water at a traditional Greek family restaurant and finished with a visit to the Cape of Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon. Giorgos was a perfect guide and we enjoyed moving at our own pace with the private experience . We especially loved the clean Mercedes with cool AC. Thank you for a wonderful day!

A Great Day in Delphi George was our driver for our trip to Delphi. More than just a driver, he introduced us to the Greek countryside and the history of the areas we passed through on our way to Delphi. Our private Guide at the site was very knowledgeable and it was a great tour of the archaeological area. Our lunch overlooking the ocean with a great view was very tasty, fresh and local. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that is interested in the archaeological site and all the history that goes with it.

Great private tour of Poseidon and Lake Vouliagmeni Our sunset tour of Poseidon and the lake was fantastic. Dimitris was very professional and easy to find at each spot. He was a great driver and the Mercedes SUV was very comfortable. The lake was especially fun and he even took us for ice cream in Lavrio after the temple which was a treat. The tour was not cheap but it was worth every penny and I would certainly recommend to others.

10/10 day We had an incredible experience with our driver, Theo. He was a true professional from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and always focused on making sure we had a great day. The lake was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking, and the temple was an amazing place to visit with stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. Theo made the entire trip seamless and enjoyable. The food was outstanding, and the restaurant recommendations were top-notch. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations.
