Amazing trip! Our driver/guide, Mr. George, picked us up on time in very comfortable van from the meeting point. We are a family of 4 with two kids, 14 and 8. The day turned out to be amazing. First Mr. George was phenomenal! He is courteous and accommodating. Made us feel comfortable and encouraged questions. The kids loved him! We had lovely discussions on variety of topics which was a welcomed bonus. Second, the combination of the archaeological sites was perfect. It’s those sites you usually see on documentaries and in books. Now you get to see them with your own eyes! We are grateful to Mr. George and the tour company for those unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

A Day Trip to Remember Our day trip to the Peloponnese region was memorable and filled with newly acquired knowledge. The scenery along the roads to Mycenae was beautiful with rolling hills and vast space. Homer’s The Iliad vividly came to life, or at least the part about the kingdom of the mythical Agamemnon. The archaeological site, situated in gorgeous landscape, was quite a sight to immerse. The amphitheater at Epidaurus was as advertised – high-fidelity acoustic engineering! It was mind boggling how sound was able to traverse across distance, yet maintaining its sound fidelity. No amplification equipment needed, just perfect sound echoes bouncing and perhaps dancing within the confinement of the amphitheater. Nafplio harbor was beautiful with gigantic and glamorous private ships in docking. Such is the life style of someone fortunate enough with so much extra money to spare!George, our driver and guide, was vastly knowledgeable and accommodating. He was never in a rush, therefore gave us ample time to explore. His knowledge about the ancient Greek classic was so vast, keeping us engaged during the long roundtrips. We asked illuminating questions – admittedly pointed ones at times – and were given honest and thought-provoking answers. We came away appreciating philosophy, mathematics, physics, and chemistry!It was a great trip. We highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience local Greek life outside of Athens city. And of course, for those who are interested in classical literature and this birthplace of Western civilization.

A great day trip! A wonderful Athens day trip! Our guide Theo was very knowledgeable, personable, and spoke great English. He let us decide about the time at the lake (when/how long) because it was cold. When we decided to go for it he made sure we got hot chocolate after! Poseidons temple was beautiful and we had a great seafood lunch after. I highly recommend this tour!

Relaxing and Stress-free Day This was a very relaxing and stress-free way to visit Lake Vouliagmeni and Temple of Poseidon. My favorite part was swimming at the lake. It was definitely a bit chilly in December, but really lovely with the sun out. We could swim and then sit reading in the sun. We also enjoyed the fish that nibble your feet there. The lake is a neat place. Having a private driver meant we didn’t need to figure out public transit or anything to get there. It was a great and easy way to enjoy our last day in Athens. Then we drove to Temple of Poseidon. The view there is great, but we were fine not staying there very long. (If I changed one thing about the trip it would be to just spend more time at the lake instead.) The car ride was an enjoyable way to see the area outside of Athens too. It was scenic and Giorgios stopped at a cafe on the way back for us to get a hot drink overlooking the sea. If you are looking for a relaxing day trip, this is very nice.

Fun day dodging the ran Theo was great and very flexible with our year old son. He was very welcoming and made us feel like we were in safe hands. We didn’t go to the lake as it was bad weather but the other part of the tour was great and Theo showed us some parts of Athens and the cost around that we wouldn’t have gone to otherwise.

Wonderful tour with a knowledgeable guide My tour guide Anda was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything Acropolis to the point that her enthusiasm was contagious and I spent 2 hours at the Acropolis Museum afterwards, using the wealth of context she gave me during the tour. She was very friendly and it was a no-pressure tour with plenty of time to appreciate the sights and take photos. Would highly recommend

A Perfect Day Away from the Chaos of Athens! A wonderful day with a great guide. Mr. George will take care of you and he is a wealth of information! He picked us up at our hotel on time, and took us to Lake Vouliagmeni for an enjoyable and relaxing swim in the natural thermal spa. We then drove along the coast to the Temple of Poseidon and the views were breathtaking. After which we went to Four Brothers restaurant, where we sat sea side and enjoyed an awesome sea bass, calamari lunch. This excursion is perfect for those who want an elevated experience away from the crowds of Athens, who enjoy memorable lunches, and great conversation.

Amazing Day! We took the tour to Meteora with Theo, and it was absolutely amazing. He arrived early to pick us up from our hotel and made the drive feel much shorter thanks to his knowledge, insight, and great conversation. Before we left, he made sure we knew exactly what we needed for the day—proper clothing for the monasteries and money for the admission fees—so we were completely prepared.One of the biggest perks was how he helped us beat the crowds. Theo was able to drop us off right in front of each location, saving us an average of 10–15 minutes at every stop since we didn’t have to search for parking or hike back and forth from a vehicle. Those extra minutes added up to a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience.Overall, the day was incredible and well worth the price. The atmosphere, the flexibility, and the conversations throughout the tour truly made it special. I would definitely reach out for any of the tours they offer—having a private driver made all the difference. This is perfect for anyone who wants to save time and customize the schedule to fit exactly what they want. I can’t recommend this enough!

Beautiful Theo was great, very friendly and flexible. We went in November but lucky with relatively good weather and a little sun. Temple of Poseidon was lovely and no crowds. The lake was cold for us (23C) so we didn’t get to swim.

We saw Peloponnesian villages which may be of interest if you've seen all Athens has to offer. Our tour guide was prompt and picked up at our hotel in a van. If you're looking for a tour outside of Athens and have had several days in Athens, this may be a good choice but only if you've seen all that interests you in Athens. One of the villages was interesting, shops were open, the other was not especially interesting, everything was closed, and the tavern where we ate was very disappointing. There was no atmosphere at all and the food, which we paid for, was TERRIBLE. When we asked about the monastery, we were particularly interested in touring a clifftop monastery (listed on the description), the guide drove us to a distant viewpoint where we could see a clifftop monastery but there was a absolutely no way to reach it from where we were. We would have had to hike down into a valley (many switchbacks) and then hike up a long distance to the monastery. We saw two monks coming up from the path with donkeys and loading potatoes to take back. By the time we got to the viewpoint and saw the monastery, late in the afternoon, we knew that there was no way we could get there and back (that would have taken at least an hour, and we are all very fit) in daylight. We headed back down the mountain in the van and our return to Athens still took over 2 hrs. It was an okay day but only just okay.

A trip to the temple of Poseidon and a comfy day at the lake spa. The trip was amazing. The temple of Poseidon was breathtaking and the spa and lake was super relaxing!! Fantastic Tour! This tour is definitely a must-do. Lake Vouliagmeni is a really neat experience and the temple of Poseidon is an a beautiful place. Giorgos was our driver and was very knowledgeable of the area, recommended a fabulous restaurant for lunch, and was very attentive.

Must do on ur list This is a day trip that needs to be on ur list. Dimitris knowledge and explanation of the history is truly amazing. The first stop lake is a wonderful calming and relaxing peaceful place. The water is truly healing. Don’t buy food from here at all wait for lunch. The next stop is a calming and breathtaking place. Each place dimitris explains everything. The history is so interesting. Then the stop for lunch wow the 4 brothers tavern is a must the food is traditional Greek food omg the Greek salad. I would drive here just for the food.Dimitris looks after you all day he is so kind hearted and a beautiful person. The company even checks to make sure u had a wonderful day there is not many companies that actually think about their customers this company does. The true mean on Greek hospitality is this company. Thank u so much.

Great tour! The trip to Cape Sounion was wonderful. We were picked up right on time at our hotel by our guide Harry who was very friendly and full of good information. The drive was beautiful and Cape Sounion was very impressive. After a lovely dinner at a local seafood restaurant - we headed back to central Athens. Great tour!

Wonderful day with George! We had a wonderful day with George! We booked this last minute for the day of our late flight home. So glad we did! George took us down the coast to the thermal spa, lunch and the Temple of Poseidon. George is lovely, knowledgeable and relaxed. Added so much to our quick trip to Athens! George dropped us at the airport at the end of the day which simplified our day tremendously. Highly recommend.

Awesome! Would do it again! What an awesome day! Theo was amazing and made our anniversary very special. He was right on time, very knowledgeable, and took us to some awesome places for coffee and lunch during our tour. Oh and he is an amazing paparazzi! The temple had some breath taking views and the lake was so cool with the fish pedicures. This was out best day in Greece so far! Highly recommend this company to anyone visiting here!

Needs major improvements This excursion requires Improvements1st ..it was Quantity over Quality . 3 islands was hectic .. no time to enjoy culinary experience such as appetiser or lunch .. hardly little to no time to enjoy the islands .. souvenirs shops boutiques artwork etc.. 2nd the island excursions were being promoted .. which lasted 45 -50 min Leaving 15 min to brouse souvenirs artwork etc .. we quickly had to board Continuing to next island . Aegina island was 1 hour & half total time . Porus Island 30 min total time ( we disembarked. 10 min later had to embark again . Hydra island is beautiful -again not enough time to enjoy it . As soon as the walking excursion was over we had 15 min on our own before embarkation . Total time at the island was 1 hour 25 min.. to short !!! For such a beautiful place .. not enough time at alll We left our hotel 6:45 am arrived back to Athens 7:30 pm . The lunch was bellow average We did not eat .. they ran out of potatoes which looked like the only safe thing to eat … The Bathrooms needed cleaning after 2 nd island stop .. however remained unsanitary for the remaining duration of the cruise to Athens .. Fyi*** When asked about the potential for swimming at a beach during the excursions we were told it is not safe due to Rocks and. Boats ..Which was not true .. you can swim in Agina .. the water was calm the weather was unseasonably warm .. we were provided In accurate information regarding the beaches .& the potential to swim ..we were told no opportunity to swim clearly that wasn’t the case in in Agina You can swim ! In Hydra it was late afternoon when we arrived to Hydra .. weather/temp become colder ,windy.. we may have been able to walk on the beach however the tour guides skipped the the beach location assuming that it was not summer . 2 islands would have been sufficient Provided we have atleast 40 min too. Explore on our own .., the return back to Athens was very long .. As a suggestion it would have been better to travel to furthest island first . & Return back from the closet island to Athens…. As is it was tiresome & very long trip .The boat needs modern updating .. !!This Review & suggestions are o be used to improve the overall excursion .& experience. Some of the staff were very kind &friendly .. checking to make sure passengers were having a good experience … overall it was Quantity over quality . too little time to enjoy the island & misinformation regarding beach possibilities . A tour guide should represent all relevant information about an island .. It is up to passengers to make their choices .
